We suggest you measure your dog's neck before placing your order to ensure the collar fits properly. Our collars are adjustable so when you order a collar based on the dog's neck size, there will be adjustability above and below their actual neck size.

You can use a soft measuring tape. If you do not have a soft measuring tape, use a piece of string to do the measuring and then lay it flat to measure with a ruler.
Yes, the type of customization depends on the product. You can personalize the buckle, add an engraved nameplate, or add contact details directly on the collar.
Our collars, leashes, and harnesses are made using a variety of materials. Please check the product description to decide which material is best for your furry friend.
Our collars will fit a large number of dog breeds, although currently, we do not have collars that are less than 3/4" in width, so our collars might not be the perfect fit for a teacup breed.

Our collars can be spot-cleaned using a mild detergent and a soft toothbrush in a bucket of water. Collars can also be washed in the washing machine delicate/gentle cycle on cold by placing the collar and or leash using a lingerie bag, and allowed to air dry (not in direct sunlight). The lingerie bag will prevent the metal hardware from hitting the inside of the washing machine.
